This is a very poorly run business where customer service is practically non-existent. I have sent a system for repair, and it has taken much longer than it should have, and I even offered to pay more for the system to get fixed, and they keep refusing, saying that they want to save me money, and one guy even said that it does not matter if I pay $1000, $100,000 or a million dollars it take “time”, even though it has been in MUCH longer than it should have. I thought businesses were run to make money, no?

This horrendous excuse for a business is too cheap to hire more than one tech, and there should be at least five techs to split the pressure, instead of having one tech fix 60 systems at once; the business could be run much more efficiently that way. The trade-in values are also complete garbage. Even Gamestop would give the consumer more trade-in benefits than these people.
