I had an first-class experience with Dr. Ploch; Dr. Ploch's staff was great as well. They took care of everything... pre-certification with insurance, paperwork, appointments, directions for day of surgery, point of contacts. It was great.

My father was taken to the hospital in an emergency situation. He was critically ill with a myriad of symptoms that required several doctors involvement. Although he was not Dr. Ploch's patient, he took the case. My father was diagnosed, given all the necessary information, given the proper medication. Dr. Ploch came in and explained everything to us. Absolutely professional, caring and concerned.

He is extra careful and concerned about making any procedures as pain free as possible; His office is very pleasant and the staff are all tremendously friendly. Who could ask for anything more?
