Had a leak in our ceiling of our hot water line last night. Turned off the hot water and called A Plus Plumbing Services Houston this morning at 8 AM. They were very courteous on the phone and said that they would schedule us from 2-5 PM today, but someone may be available sooner. Received a call about 9:30 AM saying they could be there within 30 minutes. The tech arrived, surveyed the problem quickly, gave us several different options, then performed the work with ease. All his notes were done on a netbook along with my approving the work beforehand by signing an electronic pad, and paying by credit card afterwards. Would definitely use them again.

Our drain was clogged in the shower and could not be fixed with our usual home remedies. A Plus Plumbing Services Houston sent a very friendly plumber out to snake the drain, and before he did anything he was upfront about the prices and let us know what he was going to try first and how much it would cost. He then let us know how much more it would cost if that didn't work, but it turned out that the lowest price option method cleared the drain. We definitely could not have done it ourselves and it was well worth the money. I would definitely call them again if I had a similar problem in the future.

We had to have our whole home re-piped. A Plus Plumbing Services Houston sent us their tech on time. He did an outstanding job! He is conscientious, talented, caring, professional, and informative. And did an incredible job! Thank you for sending him to us!!

Had a good experience overall. It was a Sunday and I figured it would be almost impossible to find someone willing to work and get the job done right. I left a message and within 5 minutes, got a call from the tech telling me he's on his way in a couple minutes. Did not have the same experience with other plumbing company. In fact, they (other plumbing company) told me at noon that someone would be here at 3. Left me hanging and didn't return phone calls! Total waste of time, but not with these guys. Very professional and the way he worked, you wouldn't think it was a Sunday. He made sure that the job was done right and that's all I can ask for!! Will go to A Plus Plumbing Services Houston if I have any plumbing issues in the future. Thanks!!

The plumbers were very professional and went beyond their work order to help us understand other issues that might be troublesome in future. Hopefully we don't have to use them again, but if necessary then we defiantly will call A Plus Plumbing Services Houston.

A Plus Plumbing Services Houston in Braeburn, Houston fixed my faucet problem. Worked efficiently and asked for price what was decided over the phone. Very polite and friendly behavior. The tech also asked me if I have any other problem. I am completely satisfied with his job. Also my faucet is working great.

I have had plumbing work done, not only in my rental properties, but in my own home by A Plus Plumbing Services Houston. The tech has installed three hot water heaters, reset a toilet, and repaired a drain for me. He is efficient and reasonably priced. It is some of the best plumbing work I have ever seen.

When we needed our old galvanized pipes replaced under our home prior to selling it, A Plus Plumbing Services Houston replaced them with copper and did a beautiful job. The new home owners were also happy.
