Caretaker was very rude and disrespectful~~

We had a party last December 30 and we payed for the place, the caretaker who was yelling all the time and was very rude says the we can't use some of the tables and the stage since they will gonna use it for a party the following day. How can you prepare a place for the next day when you get the payment of one clientelle and not let them use the facilities. He was also rude and disrespectful of us the whole time! Swear that we won't rent this place again for another party!
