Pooch Parlor in Irmo is very caring in their treatment and the grooming is always adorable. I have a 14 year old cocker spaniel and they are very gentle with her and she leaves acting like a little diva because she knows she is so pretty when they are finished. They had some staff issues several months ago that resulted in the service taking longer than anticipated, but even short handed, the quality of the grooming and the caring for my dog never lacked. The staff is great and I trust them with my precious pooch.

Pooch Parlor in Irmo is horrible. It is very unclean and it smells. Plus when I dropped my dog off there was a little boy in the salon playing roughly with the dogs. I told the manager that I would like my dog to be done no later than 2 hours. When I came back to pick up they hadn't even started on him yet and told me it would be close to 7pm when I dropped off at 9am! I will never go back there.
