This place appears nice but is staffed with people that act like you're bothering them when you go to the counter or ask them something. They spend all of their interests and time in decorating the place to look like a winery instead of focusing on the business and customers. When you make a complaint about the service, they start targeting and harassing you. Go to some other hassle-free place to mail stuff. It's certainly not worth it, especially with the outrageous fees to mail things and use their mailboxes, as well as over-priced things in the store.
