Dedicated to Quality Services for Individuals with Autism



Potential Inc. in Newtown seeks to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in reaching their educational, social, and emotional potential by focusing on applying and conducting scientific research. Potential Inc. is dedicated to providing high quality direct services, consultation, community outreach, and education for families and professionals.

Potential Inc. in Newtown is a non-profit organization whose goal is to provide the highest quality interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Potential Inc. utilizes current research in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which includes an analysis of Verbal Behavior (VB) to improve communication, behavior, toileting, social skills, and more.

Kristine Quinby, M.Ed., BCBA

Executive Director


Kristine is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, holding a Masters in Special Education from Penn State University and a Bachelors at Rider University in Elementary Education and Psychology.

As a certified elementary and Special Education teacher, Kristine has worked with individuals with special needs as a therapeutic support staff, case manager, unit supervisor in a Residential Treatment Facility, classroom aide, and teacher. She has been self employed as a consultant to families and school districts for over six years.

In addition, Kristine has participated in the Pennsylvania Autism Task Force, Community Connections for All Children, and Bucks County Autism Task Force. She is currently active in the Pennsylvania Association Council for Exceptional Children (PACEC). You can learn more about Kristine Quinby on her website.
