Precise Property Management Ll in Kansas City is THE WORST !
Think of the worst management company you have experienced , they will be sooo much better than precise.
From having to contact them to chase monthly rent, to unauthorised bills paid with no quotes receipts to complete failure to reply to msgs, emails and not delivering on promises where does it end. Stuck with them and gave them every opportunity but they failed miserably. When we moved to a new manager they refused to hand the keys over costing us more money.
Childish, unreliable ...i can go on ....just dont use this company simple. I was to patient and now cost me $1000's in out of pocket expenses ...... S#%thouse !
