2009 WARNING Worst Color and Treatment of a Salon I Ever Had, Maybe it is because they mostly speak in spanish.
I went in for a root touch up to my blonde hair and came out with a dark grey ash color. I paid for the service reluctantly with a conplaint. Speaking over the phone to the owner,she said becaue of the color processing that day that I would need to come back in on amother day for a color correction at no charge. I went back in two days later.I spoke to the receptionsit to confirm that she remenbered me and that there was no charge for the color correction. She said she remenbered me and that there would not be any charge for the color correction.
Another stylist ( Lupe) took over since the one whot had colored my hair with this terrible ash color did not understand english well, I did not know that at the time she colored my hair. I do not speak spanish.
