This is a review on customer service. I called a couple of days ago because I did not realize that they are now focused on mostly roof repairs and not full roof installations - I needed a new roof. Even though there was zero chance they could get my business, the kind gentleman on the phone spent at least 20 min giving me advise on multiple things: from why it is not recommendable to go with storm-chasers to the brand and type of shingles to the way airflow should be guaranteed. I can't speak to the actual work they perform, but they appear to be very knowledgeable and definitely willing to do their best for their customers.
