Precision Moving moved us from one home in Somerville to another. First, they were easy to deal with on the phone. Jennifer made it easy for us to understand and made our decision an easy one. After we shopped around a bit we just felt better with Precision, for a number of reasons. On moving day, a cold, nasty, wet winter day, the crew of three showed up on time, and their crew chief asked me to walk him through the house so he could get a good feel for things. They were quick to identify the furniture that needed to be protected. While they moved us, they were fun to be around - social, outgoing and they were courteous and polite to my wife, and respectful with our belongings. They even went the extra mile to make a second trip which they really didn't have to do. When it was all said and done, everything was moved properly, safely, with no scratched, dings, nicks, or dents. We tipped them generously and we've raved about them since. Highly recommended!
