Premier Boxing for Fitness welcomes all levels of athletes, women and men, from beginners to elites, as well as individuals who want to gain a healthier lifestyle through basic functional mobility movements and improve stress levels. We are a results driven, energetic fitness, body sculpting & toning program led by experienced certified personal trainers.

We use motivation, accountability and dynamic training to get you the body you want. You won’t lift beyond your level or perform movements out of your skill set. You will perform exercises that mimic everyday movements so you will be stronger and more efficient in your day to day activities.

Youth Boxing + Strength Training

Premier Boxing for Fitness Youth program is designed to provide elements of speed, agility, endurance, and strength training as well as injury prevention to help children and teenagers grow strong and confident.

Youth sessions are 1-Hour, available MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY from 6:15 pm & Saturday at 10:30 am, available for children aged 8-17 who must be accompanied by a guardian during sessions. The sessions are no-contact and are suitable for all fitness levels.

Boxing Gloves are not provided. Gloves are available for purchase at Premier Boxing for Fitness or feel free to bring your own. 8-session pass must be used within 30 days from first session use. Registration required. May redeem across visits. Must sign waiver.
