My daughter's wedding was raved by all who attended. Bridgette and Carol truly made this event special! The banquet hall was presented beautifully, with class and professionalism. The hors d'oeuvres and dinner meal was well-seasoned, good portions, and very tasty. The dessert presentation was wowed by everyone - square sugar cookies, with the bride and groom decorating each others cookie with sprinkles, personally colored to match the wedding. Also, available were square Rice Crispy pops dipped in white chocolate with sprinkles and square Special K pops dipped in milk chocolate with sprinkles. This was a huge hit!! Bridgette, Carol and their staff were very accommodating, easy to work with and aimed to please. I would highly recommend Premier Catering, Inc.
