We tried Preshys shortly after it opened and it deserves a 1 out of 10. The service was horrible, the owner was our waiter and was sooooo slow and didn't seem to care how long it took for us to get our food and at the same time he screwed up our orders. He stills thinks he's back in Italy where dinner can take all night. It would have been ok if we didn't have somewhere to go and we did tell him but he didn't care. The room was sooo cold everyone was sitting with coats and sweaters but that also didn't seem to matter to him. The food was some of the worse Italian food we have ever had, not just me but all 4 of us. We had to ask for bread over and over just to get a roll for each of us. We also had to ask for cheese and that took forever. The server should have offered it without us asking.
