Had to recently use Prestige for a recent small fire in my kitchen. The representative showed up on time and to my delight informed me that I had minimal damage and gave me some alternative's to help with odor besides his services. He followed with me a week later with a phone call and the odor was gone! I really appreciated the integrity and honest Prestige offers! One happy customer!
