About us
PrideFit Training is a private, intimate sports performance personal training physical therapy center as well as the home of Parisi Speed School Philly newly located in the Northern Liberties. Owned at operated by Joe Ferrero DPT, CFSC, USAW, a licensed physical therapist of 17 years, strength coach, sports performance coach and certified personal trainer, PrideFit Training is able to serve a wide range of clients and goals. PrideFit Training offers 1 on 1 speed training and sports performance training for young athletes personal training for the general population and avid gym goers as well as group training for everyone.
