Wellness Park's primary care clinic offers exceptional care to patients in Findlay or the surrounding region, including exceptional care for respiratory illness, diabetes, gastrointestinal and urologic conditions, dermatology, depression and anxiety, sore throats, ear infections, strains, and other injuries. Our providers also offer preventative care, wellness visits, health screenings, vaccinations, guidance with medication adherence, and chronic disease management.
