Primp Hair Salon in Minnetonka is just another salon to avoide. I'm a stylist myself so when I'm being charged over $1000.00 for hair extentions I expect that kind of service. Michele did a number of huge mistakes that have moved me to write my first review ever. I was very upfront with her letting her know I had my hair I just needed someone to put it in. She then told me about better extensions that I agreed to try. When asking where I could grab them she said she could grab them she went through a long term partner she really liked. She then purchased the wrong color. My hair is a L4 (dark). She purchased a L7 (blonde). I told her I wanted to go ahead since I have 3 little ones it makes it hard to get out and I would color match it myself. She also purchased the wrong length. I had questions about the extensions, how it works, how to take care of them, the brand, etc. Not one of my questions were answered. The entire time she was talking and texting.
