About us
The Princess was built in 1905 by a Norweigen miner as a classic, mixed-use building. “The Princess Hotel” now features studio and one bedroom apartments in a vibrant Ballard neighborhood. Many apartments also have arched windows, spacious outdoor decks and fantastic southerly views! Located at the intersection of Ballard Ave Northwest and Northwest Market Street, The Princess is located in the heart of Ballard’s Landmark Commercial District, one of eight designated historic districts in Seattle. Each of the apartments in The Princess is truly unique; it’s an urban living environment with old world charm and hard to get a better Walk Score rating.
