About us
SeniorCare PACE is Prisma Health's celebrated, unique approach to caring for seniors every day of the year, from nursing and therapy to meals and companionship. Services are available in our adult day health centers, patients' own homes and other community locations. PACE has been shown to improve health and longevity while helping seniors stay independent or remain with family.
