Private Network Cable Systems Co in South Jamaica, Queens is

THE WORSE CABLE COMPANY IN NEW YORK CITY, PROBABLY THE WORSE IN THE COUNTRY.

Folks go to Time Warner or some other cable company. Not here. You pay a little more, but it's worth it.

Customer Service is very very poor and nasty and unprofessional. Service is very very poor. If it's just raining, the cable will go out. You cannot contact them on the weekend. Only Saturday up til a certain time. Sunday, forget it! We were without cable on the weekend a number of times.

We cancelled our service in May, turned in our equipment in May, and have not received a refund yet, and it's September. What kind of business does that?

If anyone happens to stumble upon this website, do you know the address and/or telephone number to the Corporate Office?

I think 3 months is long enough to wait for a refund.
This is a cheap cable company, but you get what you pay for. The worse ever!!!!!!
