Pro Concrete And Landscape in Simi Valley was own by Joe Udon Jimenez he is also the owner of other businesses namely :Pro Concrete and Landscape this Joe Udon Jimenez . I found him in through internet advertising. He come to my house, he seems to be a nice guy, he is a very good talker, he showed me so many pictures and tell me all his works. I do believe him. In short , I entrusted him my money for the down-payment because he told me he needs money to buy for the materials. He en-cash my check immediately, he promised to comeback on the following day, he never show up, I receive a call , he told me he can not come, and he promise to come by on next day , he never come, and text me again, to come by next week, he never come. In short , he keep on promising until now. Its been some months since he got my money. Joe never show up. Beware of this man. He has a lot of advertisement in Craigslist , you could google him, just put his name and phone number and you will find so many complaints against him.
