In 2009, Tyler Raasch and his father, Mike, bought three centers in the surrounding St. Louis area. Later that year, Tyler made the move from Nebraska to St. Louis. Prior to purchasing, all three pre-existing centers were failing. The centers needed to repair the bad reputations that arose from poor past management. When starting the business, Tyler worked in all capacities, ranging from front desk to marketing, allowing him to cultivate an in-depth understanding of the business. In 2010, Nicole Brooks came on board at our Ballas location where she started at the front desk. Coming from an orthopedic office, she had little knowledge of the imaging world. She diligently worked the front desk solo during her first 6 months. During that period, she took the time to gain a full understanding of the business from all aspects. At 6 months, she brought on a second receptionist to work alongside her for the next year. For the first seven years after purchasing, the centers were never run by more than one to two front desk associates at a time. Over the last 13 years, we have learned what works and what does not. Our focus on outstanding customer service and quality patient care has allowed us to revamp the reputation of Professional Imaging, leading to an ever-expanding and successful business. We continually strive to stay up to date on new imaging techniques and present new options to patients and physicians alike.
