I help people involved in disputes quickly find and agree on simple, low-cost solutions, stop the fighting, and start living again no matter how bad the situation.

I am a mediator, I help people involved in legal disputes to find a way to resolve their disagreement on their own terms, in their own way, with only enough input from me as required to ask the hard questions, reframe the problems, defuse the emotions, and expand their view points to include as many possible solutions as they can think of to end the dispute. If people involved in a legal dispute can do that and if they can find a solution it should be one they can live with for a long time instead of creating animosity and bitterness by hiring attorneys and fighting it out in court.

Mediation can be used in: Divorce cases, Modification of visitation and/or support, Child custody, Disputes between Employer and employee, Employee and employee, Business and business, Business and customer, Business and supplier

Mediation can also help people to reestablish communications, sort out the problems, and find solutions so the relationship can possibly remain intact. This is NOT counseling. A mediator is NOT an attorney and does NOT represent either party.

Mediation is totally private and confidential.
