Prosperity Eating Disorders and Wellness knows progress isn’t linear. That’s why our plans can scale up or down—moving between PHP, IOP, and virtual IOP as life changes. Located in Reston and Norfolk, we treat adolescents and adults with care that’s evidence-based and relationship-centered. Sessions focus on skills you can use today: grounding, urge surfing, flexible thinking, and gentle exposure to foods or situations that feel hard. Dietitians support an “All Foods Fit” journey back to variety and ease. Families are partners in teen care; adults receive practical support for work, parenting, or school. We coordinate with outpatient clinicians and keep communication steady. We’re in-network with most insurance plans, and we’ll help with verification and next steps.
