Aging, accidents, or illness can often rob individuals of their skills and abilities. At Providence ElderPlace (formerly Adult Day Health), we provide a secure, caring environment for elderly and impaired adults to receive rehabilitation services, nursing care, health monitoring as well as giving them a chance to socialize.
