About us
When you are living with a chronic or long-term condition, palliative care provides treatment to relieve pain, symptoms and stress. You can get support from palliative care no matter the stage of your disease. We provide supportive and comfort care to patients who are living with chronic diseases, undergoing treatment for curable illnesses, or nearing the end of life.
