PS Financial Services is made up of highly experienced Licensed Mortgage Loan Originators and Certified Reverse Mortgage Loan Professionals (CRMP). Our job is to make sure that all our client’s needs are met fast, efficient and in low-cost manner. Phil Stevenson is the owner and principal mortgage originator, one of approximately 115 Certified Reverse Mortgage Professionals in United States.

In 2008, Stevenson focused solely in Reverse Mortgage where we became one of the top Reverse Mortgage Companies in Florida. Today, we are offering our services in several States including New York, providing assistance to seniors who are in need for financial help, in danger of foreclosure, and/or seeking alternative ways for retirement planning.
