Patsy Dalton is a commissioned North Carolina notary public and may notarize documents in any county of North Carolina . It is not permitted to use a North Carolina notary public seal for mobile notary services outside of the State of North Carolina . However, if you find a notary or mobile notary that has a dual notary public commission in a neighboring state, then it would be legal for the notary public to use the commission for the corresponding state.
