Dr. Tracey Cawthorn is psychiatrist with a board certification in General Adult Psychiatry and a board certification in the Geriatric Psychiatry subspecialty through the ABPN. She completed her medical school, general psychiatry residency, and geriatric psychiatry fellowship at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA) after completion of her intern year of general psychiatry at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. During my career, she has been able to provide treatment
for patients in multiple settings including outpatient clinics, acute inpatient hospital units, post-acute care facilities, acute crisis stabilization units, skilled nursing facilities, teaching facilities, and specialized treatment centers. She has served as medical director of both an acute inpatient psychiatric unit, an outpatient clinic, and a long term care practice.
