PsyNamic Counseling and Psychological Services is a full service mental health clinic providing therapy and counseling services. We offer both virtual and face-to-face treatment for all areas of concern. Founder, President, and Lead Clinician, Troy Nickell, LMFT has been practicing in the field for over 10 years. Every member of our staff has been closely vetted to ensure that you receive the most optimal treatment possible. We are based in The city of Solana Beach, in the San Diego area of California, and work with patients all throughout the state.
