I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. They are completely unprofessional, Nasty and Rude as ever to customers. The lady behind the counter even threatened us. We got there a 1/2 hour before she closed but because she had plans...She told us that if we were not done in 10min, she was going to lock our A@!#s in there!!!! She was horrible. I had 5 people with me and their jaws were on the floor. We jumped back in the truck and took our business elsewhere!!! Also, They lied about the prices and when I called the Manager, Lisa to complain, she was no help either. She could care less about losing a customer. Take it from me, take your business to U Store It. They are kind, professional and honest.
