avoid this company. I reserved a unit online during their 50% off holiday special.. however, when I arrived at the location, they indicated they were no longer running this special and I would have to pay full price - even though I had an email confirmation from them confirming my rate and move in date..
I was truly shocked to see this bait and switch tactic from a national brand company..
my advice is to avoid - avoid - avoid this company...
