About us
Originally established by Horace E. Pugh, Sr. in 1945 as an automotive repair shop, the business also sold gasoline and was located on the point at the intersection of Route 13 and State Street (now occupied by T.D. Bank) for many years.
In the early 1990's we purchased the business known as Miller's Lawn Mowers and moved to that location, 728 Leipsic Rd, Dover, DE.
Since that time, the business has passed all the way to Horace Sr.'s grandson, Mark Pugh. Mark and his wife Patty, run the business. Mark is the lead mechanic, Patty runs the office and counter along with their two daughters.
