About us
Pulse of GODC Enterprises is a faith-based organization providing property services and community development programs across DMV Our property services division includes Sunshine Build Group LLC for home repairs, painting, deck maintenance, and eviction cleanups, residential and commercial property inspections. We develop affordable housing through cooperatives and Community Land Trusts, while our innovative Music-to-Mortgages program creates pathways to homeownership. Our community programs support artists through housing initiatives, Trap City Radio promotions, and Go-Go fundraising events. As a 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based organization, we establish tribal land trusts and legacy wealth instruments to build sustainable communities.
