Quality Building Company is a family-owned and operated business. Bernie Schmidt, the founder of, graduated from Northwestern University, Chicago with a degree in Civil Structural Engineering and has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. Quality Building Company is dedicated to integrity in community sustainability, quality, and customer easement. Serving Chicago, SoCal, and now Denver, Quality Building Company has been remodeling and building homes for decades, always evolving to best serve the community.
