I don't know much about plumbing...All I know is my kitchen sink was clogged. We called around 11:30 and they were here by noon. They gave us a diagnosis and a price quote. They spent over an hour in the kitchen quietly going about their business and left with out a mess. In and out. Quick and easy. Just how I like my plumber from TX Plumbing Services.

The people at TX Plumbing Services are SO very kind. My 83 yo aunt had a plumbing issue and I called mid-day on a Fri, hoping to get someone out the same day. After explaining the situation, the dispatcher agreed to send someone out that evening even though they were fully booked. Unfortunately, the condo front desk sent another plumber up 1/2 hr before TX Plumbing Services arrived to look at the plumbing problem (and I thought he was from TX Plumbing Services). When the plumber from TX Plumbing Services arrived (on time), the issue had been looked at. The TX Plumbing Services dispatcher called to follow-up on why the appointment was cancelled and when I told him what happen, he said no worries and just wanted to make sure my auntie was OK. I will be calling TX Plumbing Services in the future if I need any plumbing work done.

After my backed up kitchen drain barfed all over my shirt last night, I hoped it would resolve overnight and drain. Alas I woke up to a sink full of rotten dish water. I called a few places when I woke up and no one had time available to help except TX Plumbing Services. TX Plumbing Services had a plumber over to my apartment within an hour and the sink was fixed shortly thereafter. Clean, fast, friendly. Nice work!

As a business owner I must say this plumber always gets the the job done, he is fair and reasonable with his rates. I would even say he is very cheap compared to other big companies. And most importantly I admire his integrity. I would never have an issue with referring some of my customers to TX Plumbing Services. Thanks again.

My mother needed some plumbing work and I figured Citysquares would be my best bet. I've never read so many glowing reviews about any business until I found TX Plumbing Services. Decided to give it a go and it was the best decision I've made in a long time. All the glowing reviews about this company panned out, my mother was so pleased and said she is so happy that she has found a plumber! She stated that since he is young he will outlive her, so if she needs help in the future he'll be around. The plumber was friendly, helpful, fair, thorough and reasonable. TX Plumbing Services in Greater Fondren Southwest, Houston returned my call promptly. They showed up on time to clear my clogged sewer pipe and finished the job in about 20 minutes. I could give them 6 stars, I would.
