Queens Automobile Sales Inc in Elmhurst, Queens is A NIGHTMARE!!!
PLEASE....do yourself a favor and DONT BUY HERE. My wife and i got thoroughly hosed on a car that seemed ok but eventually left my wife stranded on the road 3 times within 2 months of us buying it. We started pursuing them ( Joe and Ralph within a month of buying the car but they took no responsibility whatsoever!

I fully understand there are risks in buying a used car and I take responsibility for part of this but it just got completely absurd. They were ok to deal with until the papers were signed. We were rushed out cause they were closing so we get in our New used $10,000 car with only 86K on it and realize there is absolutely no gas. We pull into a station on fumes, fill it and .....it wont start! 2 min after we leave. after that the list goes on to a broken axel, cracked rim that he actually said he was going to send us a new one but oddly enough its been almost 2 months and no rim. I guess VW Jetta rimes are a pretty rare thing.....

The tire went flat, and I was away so my wife went to change the tire in the rain but that wouldn't work because the spare had a huge nail sticking out of it. finally we get a hold of him and convinced him to look at the car cause it wont start sometimes and stalls in traffic so he said bring it down to queens. We leave it overnight and he said he replaced the fuel pump. The problem wasen't revolved. I find out that they never replaced the pump after all. Joe told me that on the phone!

Anyway, I could go on and on but I'm sick of talking about this sorry excuse for a business.

PLEASE save yourself the money, anger, time a frustration and move on.....anywhere would be better than these guys
