Quietus CPAP Liners, LLC in Glenmoore is NOT a company I would ever purchase from again! Their product does NOT work for everyone, but the worst part is their poor customer service and unwillingness to stand behind the Satisfaction Guarantee posted on their website. I purchased a 10-pack of this product in January of 2013 and had the WORST sleep experience of my life! I contacted the company and they made some suggestions for me to try. To no avail, the liners still did NOT work! When I communicated this back to the company, and asked about their satisfaction guarantee, they were very slow to respond...took them TWO weeks...and only did so after I emailed them a 2nd time. Once they finally did respond, the best they offered me was a replacement set! Wait, didn't I say they didn't work for me? Why would I want more? I responded letting them know that more masks was not the answer I was looking for, and asked for my money back. Their response We do not offer refunds for a trial of our products but we would be willing to offer a return of our profit on your purchase of $1.50. We have issued you a credit in PayPal in that amount. Thanks for trying our liners. Excuse me? I just paid $21.95 + S&H and knew nothing of a trial. I contacted the company again and referenced the Satisfaction Guarantee claim on their website. I've yet to receive any further correspondence from them. At this point all I have is a $1.50 refund...barely covered my S&H costs...and eight unused liners that I can't use.
