Quigley Inspection Services provides residential and commercial real estate inspections across Pinellas and Hillsborough County in Florida. Our services consist of General Home Inspections; 4-Point Insurance Inspections (Roof, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical); Wind Mitigation Inspections; and Roof Certification Reports. We inspect all areas of the property including but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, crawl spaces, attics, water heaters, pool equipment, A/C and heater units, roofs and more.
