About Beto Quintero Prior to joining American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) in 2007, Beto Quintero did “almost everything, really,” including landscaping, roofing, waiting tables, bartending, and managing a fine dining restaurant in his hometown of Orlando, FL. He was drawn to AIL by the opportunity to make as much income as he was willing to work hard for. “In other occupations, I always hit the glass ceiling of income and opportunity. American Income showed me what was possible,” he says. Beto views AIL associates as “knights in shining armor” as they present AIL’s products. He sees educating people on the importance of planning for the unexpected as a service to the community.
