Rachael Payne, MD, is a fellowship-trained plastic surgeon with Saint Luke’s Plastic Surgery Specialists. Dr. Payne has clinical interests in hand and wrist surgery, upper extremity peripheral nerve surgery, soft tissue reconstruction, and cancer reconstruction. She also has skilled training in breast surgery, breast reconstruction, breast reduction, breast lift, breast augmentation, body contouring, tummy tuck, and liposuction.
Dr. Payne strives to provide compassionate care that is both technically excellent and deeply personal. She takes time to truly listen and understand her patients’ goals, concerns, and lifestyles. She is committed to providing thoughtful explanations, meticulous surgical care, and a commitment to outcomes that restore confidence, ability, and quality of life.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Payne enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
