About us

Rachel F. Bass, APRN, is a nurse practitioner with Norton Community Medical Associates – Mid City Mall. She earned her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing.  

Rachel focuses on preventive medicine, managing chronic diseases, addressing acute issues and conducting physical exams. She prioritizes preventive care to keep her patients healthy and avoid future health issues, emphasizing the importance of forming long-term relationships with them.

Outside of work, Rachel dedicates time to her family, which includes her husband, children, and two dogs. She enjoys reading, running, exploring new activities in the city and socializing with friends for relaxation. She believes in prioritizing self-care and finding enjoyment in life outside of work, demonstrating her commitment to her patients’ well-being extends beyond the clinic.
