Dr. Rachel Parker is a board-certified general surgeon with Surgical Associates of East Tennessee in Morristown, TN. Dr. Parker specializes in vascular and general surgery, with a special interest in gastrointestinal surgery, endocrine surgery, breast surgery, endoscopy and wound care. When she’s not practicing medicine, Dr. Parker enjoys being outdoors, water activities, indoor cycling, fitness and golf.
