Dr. Raihan Azad is a physician in the Endocrinology department at Physicians East located at our WH Smith Blvd. location in Greenville. Dr. Azad received his medical degree from Dhaka Medical College in Dhaka, Bangladesh before completing his residency at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Azad later moved to Greenville for his fellowship training at the ECU Brody School of Medicine. Previously, Dr. Azad was a Hospitalist at Rochester General Hospital in Rochester, NY. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, as well as, Endocrinology, Diabetes, & Metabolism.. Dr. Azad also enjoys hiking, biking and spending time with his wife and two children.
