When I met Thomas Kenniff he showed alot of interest without knowing the situation I explain to him and he was concern about the person behind bars he response right away and took care of the case, i put my trust in him and i couldn't choose no other lawyer is like God send him to me.
He went in the court room speak about the case it was domestic violence and am sure no other lawyer could of take the person out right away and that's what Thomas did, the case was a little complicated because there was recording on 911 and from the police station and Thomas did get the person out that night and am happy and real satisfied with his service.
Next case I was in a cell and as soon as we contact him he respond right away it was late at night and on a sunday and that was a misdem. and i was out with no bail wich the judge try to set on my but Thomas fought that this case was serious, i wouln't be here without his help, he was real responsable and thustworty i now that if i need him he will be there for me and anybodyelse he is real good . God bless him.
He even help me get the services that i need he refer me to somebody i need and the person was great am pleased with the services he gave me thanks to Thomas im not in jail and he help me be a better person.

I needed a lawyer regarding an issue I have had that was considered as crime (155.25, petit larceny) by the NY Justice . I am European so I was totally lost in this American system I did not know.
Because I have a visa (with a high profile position), a lot was as stake for me. I have met several lawyers, before taking my decision. Thomas Kenniff was the most accurate one in his answers and was the only one to show me some legal texts regarding my potential case. Besides his reviews were very good . So even if he was a bit more expensive (but do you want the best or not?) than the others I met, I took him and I am not at all disappointed.
He was trustworthy, very responsive, and knowledgeable. He knows very well the NY Justice court and his obviously considered as top lawyer there.
I finally have only a ACD, with one day of community service, which was the best solution for me.
So I highly recommend him and thank him for helping me in this scary period of my life.

Tom is an experienced attorney with excellent understanding of the system and laws. He's very articulate and patiently listens to all facts before arriving at his case strategy.

I found myself in an unfortunate situation (misdemeanour) and was not happy with my previous lawyer's results. Tom stepped in (on a saturday evening!) reviewed the case with me in detail and got me the outcome I was hoping for. Tom has presence and gravitas in Manhattan court and did an excellent job of representing me!

As you may be experiencing, the whole process is a bit overwhelming when initially dealing with court system procedures. I was in the same boat. I interviewed a few lawyers and then picked Tom. Reason I trusted Tom was two parts. One, I felt he spoke well and presented himself in a likable fashion. Two, it was clear he knew the law and the system after speaking with him for 10 minutes.

Tom probably spent most of this time explaining things to me. I had a lot of questions and concerns since my charge was obviously serious enough to be hiring a lawyer to handle. Through the whole process (almost a years time) Tom knew what was likely to happen and explained the various options every step of the way.

Everything he told me about the process from day 1 held true to the end. Don't mistake this for him promising me a great outcome, it's just that he knew the process and the system which increased my chances of a positive outcome. Which I feel ultimately happened.

I would recommend Tom to anyone. Honestly, in situations like these you need to just put your trust in the person who knows what they're doing. In this case you can feel 100% confident Tom will lead you in the right direction. I was lucky to have found him and I hope he helps you as well.

I think Tom is a very talented criminal defense attorney. He will get you the best result possible in your situation. I recently got in trouble with the law and got hit with DUI charges as well as weapons possession when my car was illegally searched. It was one of those, your key was still in the ignition while you were parked type of deals. It was a very stressful and unfortunate situation. Tom was there every step of the way. He is very professional and took the time to thoroughly explain my situation to me and ALL the possible outcomes. He answers all of your questions and I was confident he was handling my case to the best of his abilities. Tom was successful in getting most all of the charges dropped. I plead guilty to a DWAI traffic infraction. I would recommend Tom to anyone needing a good defense.

We hired Tom as our criminal defense lawyer after being ripped off by Musa-Obregon & Associates. S. Michael Musa-Obregon this was not cheap but i thank god that we decided to make this move. At some point we all decide to take this case to trial and giving the fact that the D.A was not making any offers WE WERE STUCK . To our disadvantage my husbands legal status is not the best. :-( At this point we believed we were going to loose our family and home being that he is the head of household.VERY SAD. The ending to this very sad story became unbelievable with the best results we had never expected. We won the case beating 3 felony charges.Thank You Tom our family will always be very grateful to have met u and wish the best to you and your family .We highly recommend at least speaking to him u have nothing to loose.

My business was in really big trouble, we received 13 tickets, and thought we would have to close down. Thank goodness I had a friend who recommended Tom to me. I called him right away. He was able to not only get the case almost completely dismissed, but also he handled everything for me. I did not even have to go. I hope I never need him again, but just in case, it is nice to know that a great lawyer is out there. I recommend Tom very highly!

When over-zealous housing police arrested my twenty-year-old son for riding his bike on a sidewalk on a weekend Tom Keniff responded to our urgent calls immediately. He was able to calm down two parents who happened to be in different locations while their son was temporarily behind bars. He knew how the entire arrest would play out, the details of the system, how to handle the court, and he was attentive to all the details, including being a gentle, yet firm coach in making sure an angry young man said, “Yes, your honor,” instead of “Yeah.” He had the respect of court officials necessary to arrange an expeditious appearance. Thanks to Tom’s good work the outcome was favorable. Most important to us, Tom was available late on a weekend, was generous with his time, and professional in court. All this for a blessedly reasonable fee. He was sympathetic with a young offender and wise enough to counsel anxious parents. All with a reassuring calm, reliability, attentiveness, and professionalism that steered us through the crisis.
