Dr. Rajiv Choudhary is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over 25 years of clinical experience in both inpatient and urgent care settings. He completed his medical training and Master of Public Health with a focus on evidence-based, patient-centered care. Throughout his career, Dr. Choudhary has held multiple teaching and faculty appointments, mentoring the next generation of medical professionals while maintaining an active clinical practice.
