With over 38 years of experience, Charles Cook, MD, MPH, has the extensive experience and knowledge necessary to help patients throughout Wake County to improve and protect their health at Raleigh Associated Medical Specialists in Raleigh, North Carolina. He specializes in internal medicine and nephrology, operating on the premise that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Dr. Cook earned his medical degree at Tufts University in Boston before serving his internship and residency at the Boston VA Hospital. He completed rigorous fellowship training in nephrology at the Boston VA Hospital and hypertension at Boston University Medical Center. He also received a master’s degree in public health from Harvard University.
