Charles Ramsay grew up in the historic section of Charleston South Carolina. He was a 4th generation Realtor (Charles Ramsay Real Estate of San Marcos est. 1898) and a Former General Contractor for 20 years,

Charles is a Licensed Paramedic, a father, a husband, and also a triathlete. He has a Psychology degree with a focus in negotiation strategy and customer satisfaction. He was an accomplished fourth-generation Realtor with over 20 years of experience in professional negotiations, conflict resolution, and business management.
