Established in 1993 as on of the first woman and minority owned startup companies, Rani Engineering has become a highly recognized and award winning firm located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In the beginning, there were only two employees working on water resources and a vision to expand the solutions provided.

Through ambition, collaboration, perseverance and a team of talented individuals – Rani was transformed from just providing water resources solutions to providing:

In March of 2018, Rani Engineering and Progressive Consulting Engineers (PCE), joined forces to become one unified company under the Rani Engineering name; which in led by new CEO, Steven Carleton.
